Lexical

Exclusive agency

One country. One partner.

Where a distributor can carry Lexical properly — stock it, service it, stand behind it — we would rather work with one of them than with five. Tell us about your territory below. The more of it we can see, the faster this moves.

What partners receive

Everything here comes with the agency, once you are our partner.

  • Enquiries from your territoryAnyone from your territory who comes to Lexical is referred to you, as Lexical’s agent there.
  • Display standsStands to show the range in your stores.
  • Branded marketing materialsT-shirts, notebooks and catalogues with the Lexical branding, so every customer who walks in feels the brand.
  • Product videos and photographsVideos and pictures of our products, for you to use.
  • Online presenceSupport for your online presence as Lexical’s partner.
  • Exhibitions in your regionYou can represent Lexical at future exhibitions in your own region.
  • What we weighThree things. All three are required; the first two count most.
    1. The brand, and after-sales. The Lexical name is safe with you, and there is a place in your market where a unit can be repaired, exchanged or returned.
    2. Reach. The whole territory, not a corner of it. If your country has ten major cities, an agent cannot sell in two or three and leave the rest — the more of it you cover, the stronger the application.
    3. Volume and value. How much you can buy from us in a year.
  • What happens nextThe export desk reads every application and answers in writing as soon as possible, typically within a week. If it looks right, the next step is a call. Terms and pricing are agreed then, per market — nothing on this site is a price list.

The application

The country, your name and an email are all it needs to send.

The bar at the top of the form shows how complete it is as you go, weighted the way we decide: after-sales and reach first, volume third. It is not a gate — a short application is still read — but it is honest about what the desk needs in order to say yes.

How strong this application is

Start with the territory and how to reach you — that alone gets this read.

The territory

The one thing we cannot read an application without. Exclusive agency is granted per country, so this is the question the whole form is about.

Press Enter after each one. A territory is decided on where you actually sell, not only where your office is — if your country has ten major cities, we want to see how many of them you reach.

How much of the country do you reach today?

The second of the three things we weigh. An agent has to cover the country, not a corner of it — the more of it you reach, the stronger this application.

Do you sell wholesale, retail, or both?

Both is a perfectly good answer, and a common one — tick either or both.

    Offline, online, or both?

It tells us which of our packaging and listing material you would actually use.

    How we reach you

The name on your paperwork, if it differs from the shop sign.

Everything we agree is confirmed in writing, so this is where the terms will go.

With the country code. A territory is nearly always settled on a call rather than in an inbox.

Can we message you on that number?

Most of the day-to-day — a photograph of a carton, a shipping mark, a proof of a label — moves faster on WhatsApp or WeChat than by email.

    Languages you speak

For our reference when we call you.

    Common choices

Pick as many as you like; the list stays open while you do. Not on the list? Type it and choose “Add”.

      Your stores and after-sales

If a unit needs fixing or returning, who handles it?

The first thing we weigh. A brand is protected by what happens after the sale — somebody in your market who repairs, exchanges and takes back what we ship.

A town and a sentence is plenty. If you would set one up, say how.

Photographs of your storesUp to 8 · JPEG, PNG, WebP or AVIF · 25 MB each

A shelf, a counter, a window — three photographs tell us more than three paragraphs about how the brand would be presented in your shops.

      A film of a storeRecommended

A walk through the shop on a phone is perfect — nothing produced. It is the quickest way for us to see how the brand would sit on your shelves. Paste a link from YouTube, Drive, WeTransfer or Instagram, or upload the file — up to 3 in all.

Accepted: links to any site that opens with https · video files MP4, MOV or WebM up to 100 MB · pictures JPG, PNG or WebP up to 25 MB.

Where you work, on the map

Search for your store, or drop a pin on it. It settles in one click what an address can leave ambiguous — which side of a city, which market, how far from the port.

      Loading the map…

Arrow keys move the pin, Shift for a finer step. Enter confirms, Delete clears. On the map itself, click or tap to place the pin and drag it to adjust.

      What you could buy

Roughly how much could you buy from us in a year?

The third thing we weigh, after the brand and the reach. A rough figure is fine — it is where the conversation starts, not a commitment.

      Lexical, before now

Have you bought Lexical products before?

Not required, and a “no” costs you nothing — plenty of our best agents started here. But if you have, say so: it is the fastest thing on this form for us to check.

How long you have traded, what you already carry, how many staff, how you would cover the country. Whatever you would say on the call, said here, saves the call.

Send it at whatever percentage you have reached — every application is read, and we will ask for the rest ourselves. Answered in writing as soon as possible, typically within a week.

We use your details to answer your request — Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).

Not ready to apply for a whole country? Send a quote request instead — it goes to the same desk, and plenty of agencies started as one order.
